RESIDENTIAL INSTALL PROCESS
STEP ONE
INITIAL CONSULTATION
CTHC will verbally discuss the scope of the project and provide valuable planning information in reference to anticipated costs, system type, permitting information, and more.
STEP TWO
OSSF SYSTEM DESIGN
CTHC Coordinates with multiple Registered Sanitarians and Professional Engineers to ensure that your OSSF project will be designed to accommodate both the structure load and functional/cosmetic needs of the property owner. A system design is required by governing authorities to obtain a proper permit for the installation of all septic systems.
STEP THREE
SYSTEM PERMITTING
CTHC Staff will obtain all required paperwork and hand-deliver documents to the governing authority in an effort to streamline the system Permitting process. Our in-house permitting specialist is also a Registered Notary.
STEP FOUR
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION
Upon Receipt of the “License to Construct” Document from the governing authority CTHC will conduct the system installation as Designed. Throughout the construction process, CTHC will conform to all necessary Inspections and County/City Communication. Upon passing the “Final Inspection” the governing authority will issue a “License to Operate” Document and the OSSF System will be ready for Use.
