Aerobic Maintenance Contracts are Required for all Aerobic Septic Systems. CTHC is happy to provide this service and conduct all governing authority reporting on your Aerobic Septic System.

Once a signed contract is on file CTHC will conduct multiple property visits to inspect for deficiencies within your OSSF System to ensure that all components are in safe and working order. Proper maintenance also assists in eliminating costly repairs as a result of inadequate servicing.

CTHC Provides both 1Yr and 2Yr Residential and Commercial Service Contracts for most System Makes and Models within Hays, Blanco, Travis, and Comal Counties.
